Association Records

Records will be available, by
appointment, at the Management Company offices for review and inspection.

A written request must be
submitted to the Management Agency to obtain copies of such documents.

A document copying cost will be
on a per page basis and will be in addition to any other administrative
expenses that are incurred by the Association. .

The co-owner will not be
allowed to remove any original documents or records from the files.
-
An employee of the management
company and/or a member of the board shall be present with the co-owner
while he or she is reviewing the records.
