River Pines History
Construction began on the River Pines Condominium project in 1987 by Italo
American of Farmington Hills, Michigan. The site had an abundance of pine trees
and many were saved during the construction. The first units were built on Blue
Spruce, River Pines Drive and River Ridge Trail. The first unit occupied was on
Blue Spruce in 1988. The last unit occupied was on Lone Pine Lane in 1999. It
took 11 years to complete construction of the 355 units. Site Map
