River Pines is managed by McShane & Associates, Inc. and handles the day-to-day administration of the association.  Most of your questions or concerns can be handled by contacting their office.

In a condominium association, the Board of Directors establishes the policies, sets the budget and then directs the management firm to carry them out.  Management carries out the following services (partial list), as contracted:

  • Collection of assessments, production of financial statements, payments to association vendors
  • Supervision of maintenance contracts
  • Processing work orders, owner communications
  • Carry out the directives of the Board
  • Develop specifications and contracts for maintenance, insurance and other needed items
  • Routinely inspect the property for maintenance and bylaw issues
  • Notify owners and the Board of bylaw or rule violations
  • Advise the Board on issues within the scope of their expertise
