Buying & Selling in River Pines
If you are thinking about buying a unit in River Pines
This web site is a good place to start. The Governing
Documents, Rules and Regulations, the current budget and the
capital reserve information are all available on this site.
Please take the time to read through those, as you will be
agreeing to abide by, or work with them, if you decide to
purchase here
The association can't answer questions, or provide
information directly to you. You will have to go through
the selling unit owner that you are dealing with. This is
a legal issue, so if you wish to talk to someone in the
association, or need additional information, please make the
request through the unit seller.
